I have a password - how do I access the Dashboard?
- When you are added to the GiveCircle Dashboard, you will receive two emails. One welcoming you to the Dashboard and one with instructions to reset your password.
- If you have been given a temporary password, then click the link in the email welcoming you to the Dashboard and log in using your temporary password.
- You will need to change your password and also will be asked to set up multi-factor verification to your mobile phone.
- You will now have access to your account. Initially you will find that sensitive data is redacted. All admins for your account will receive an email notification that you have created an account, so they can double check it's genuinely you and switch on full data for your account.
I don't have a password - how do I access the Dashboard?

- Click the button in the password reset email and go through the process of setting your password. (Note - if it has been longer than an hour since you received the email the link will no longer work, you should send yourself another email by using the forgotten password form)
- Log in using your new password. You will need your mobile phone to set up multi-factor verification.

How do I add a colleague to the Dashboard?
Log into your account, navigate to 'Users' using the menu on the left hand side and click the '+ Add User' button.
I'm receiving a 'password token is invalid' error message?
This means that it has been too long since your password reset email was sent, so the link no longer works. Password reset tokens are valid for an hour after they are sent.
You can send yourself another password reset email by using the forgotten password form.
I'm receiving a 'connection not secure' error message?
Some third party email systems wrap links with tracking codes, which can cause problems with the links. If this is happening, you should copy and paste the url into your browser, rather than clicking the button in the email.
