If a supporter reports they are having issues paying for their mobile lottery entry via their mobile phone account, please let them know that they can pay via Direct Debit or standing order from their bank account instead. They just need to select the ‘Pay another way’ option during the lottery sign-up process, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up their Direct Debit or standing order.
If the supporter already has an entry set up which is paid for via their mobile phone account, whether or not the payment attempts have been succeeding, they’ll need to unsubscribe from the lottery before they can set up a new entry.
