How can we help a supporter cancel their lottery entry?

Supporters can unsubscribe at any time via: https://help.givecircle.com/ or, if they require some help with the process, please ask them to email a cancellation instruction to help@givecircle.com, citing their name, mobile phone number, charity they support and confirmation that they wish to cancel their lottery entry. A member of the GiveCircle team will process their cancellation and respond to their email to confirm it has been done.
