Organisation Admins can control which colleagues have access to the charity's account and sensitive data contained in the account.
Adding a colleague
Organisation Admins can add a colleague to a charity's account by following these steps:
- Log into the GiveCircle Dashboard and navigate to 'Users'.
- Select '+ Add User' on the right hand side of the screen.
- Add your colleagues information, paying close attention to these sections:
- Password - you should set a secure password, securely share with your colleague and ask them to change it once they have set their account up.
- Role - there are two account roles, Organisation Admin and Organisation User. An Organisation Admin has the ability to add/remove other users and enable sensitive data for themselves and others.
- Your colleague should receive an email inviting them to access their account. They can login using the email address and password you set up, then will be asked to set up multi-factor verification to their mobile.
Switching on sensitive data
We redact all sensitive data like mobile numbers by default. Organisation Admins can make all data available to themselves and other Users.
Please note that an account must have set up multi-factor authentication before data can be enabled on their account.
- Log into the GiveCircle Dashboard and navigate to 'Users'.
- Tick the 'Show Data' box for the accounts you would like to enable sensitive data on.
