How do I stop my entry into the GiveCircle Lottery?

How you stop your entry will depend on how you pay for your lottery entry.

If you pay via your mobile phone bill or via Direct Debit, you can cancel your mobile lottery entry yourself via the GiveCircle Supporters’ Portal, or you can email help@givecircle.com with your name, the name of the charity you play the lottery for, and the mobile phone number associated with your entry, and let us know you’d like to stop playing, and we’ll unsubscribe you from our end.

If you pay via standing order, please cancel your standing order with your bank. This can usually be done via your banking app.
