How do I claim a prize if I win the GiveCircle Lottery?

If you win a prize in the GiveCircle Lottery, you’ll be able to see what that prize is in the GiveCircle Dashboard. You’ll also receive a text message or email reminder a few days after your win. 

To claim your prize, you’ll need to access the GiveCircle Supporters’ Portal, open the drop-down menu accessible from the top right corner of the screen, and choose ‘Claim Prize.’

If you have not previously been verified as over 18, we will need to take you through an age verification check. To do this, we’ll just need your full name and your postal address – these details are sent through to our third party age verification software (AgeVerifyUK), which sends our system a message back to confirm if it has been able to verify you as over 18 or not. We do not see any further information about you, other than whether or not AgeVerifyUK can confirm you’re over 18.

Once the verification checks are complete, you’ll be asked to enter your bank details so we can send your prize money over to you via bank transfer. We pay out prizes on a weekly basis so you should never have too long to wait to receive your prize.
